A new, £1bn science and technology cluster located adjacent to GCHQ headquarters in Cheltenham, which when built out will feature over 1m sqft of new commercial space and 1,000 new homes. Golden Valley will scale an existing thriving technology ecosystem, creating a hub for those with an interest in security.
